Chapter I . Precautions

How to safely use the instrument and some general issues of the safe operation are described in
this chapter.For some specific  attention,we will describein other chapters.

Read the following note scarefully before operate the instrument.

1.Fully under stand its operation for the safe and effective use of the machine.

2.Pay attention to the following when user in stall or store the device:

(1)Machine should avoid direct fire and caustic liquid, avoid excessive air pressure, avoid
high-temperature and humidity, and should not be placed where the ventilation ispoor and the air
containsdust,salt and sulfur.
(2)Machine should be place dlevel.Avoid shaking and mechanicalcollision when move it.
(3)The frequency and voltage of power supply shouldbeconsistentwith theUser's Manual.
(4)Machines  should  be  placedi  n a room  with suitable  grounding device.
(5)Unless described in this manual, prohibit the unauthorized demolition of the parts (machine
covers, doors, panels, etc.). Unauthorized demolition will make the operator hurt. Machinery
Accessories:Never stop sensor! The user may be hurt when stop it. Don't open the protective
cover duringtheoperation.
(6)All ofthe samples,reagents,calibration materials,control  materials with human blood or serum
may be infectious. The treatment of the samples should be based on comprehensive laboratory
norms. The operator should wear gloves, laboratory gown, goggles or mask, and comply with
otherbio-safetynorms.
(7)Waste handling procedures
When necessary, counteract waste liquid,then let it out.Please follow the procedures in your lab.
Please deal with liquid waste abiding law and rule of country.For disposal of waste, the operator
should wear protective clothing (laboratory gowns, gloves, goggles, etc.), and should abideby the
guidelinesofbiologicalhazardous.

3.Before operation,the following should be noted :

(1)Check whether the machine is properly in stalled or not.
(2)Check whether the ground connection is well or not.
(3)Check all of the power supply and pipes are properly connected or not.
